Interactions with other medicines
- Co-administration of erythromycin and prucalopride may lead to a 30% increase in plasma concentration
- Ketoconazole, a CYP3A4 and P-gp inhibitor when co-administered with prucalopride increases systemic exposure to prucalopride by roughly 40%
