The offer cannot be availed on Lab/Diagnostics orders. The SmartBuy Reward points/ Cashback benefits will not be posted if the transaction/order has Lab/Diagnostics.
Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Benefits will not be posted on credit card accounts which are permanently delinquent or closed at the time of posting.
Benefits will also not be posted on retail credit card accounts flagged for working capital usage.

Any query regarding the offer will be entertained for 60 days from the offer fulfilment date. After that date, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from the customer.
