RYBELSUS 3MG TABLET

• If you or your family has had thyroid cancer or a condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2.
• if you had a severe allergic reaction to Rybelsus 3mg Tablet before or to any of its ingredients. Severe allergic reactions can include things like difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or throat.

• Abdominal pain
• Constipation
• Decreased appetite
• Vomiting
• Nausea
• Diarrhea

Other General Warnings

• You have or have had problems with your pancreas or kidneys.
• You have a history of vision problems related to your diabetes.
• You have signs of pancreatitis, like severe abdominal pain, possibly with vomiting. If suspected, stop Rybelsus 3mg Tablet and seek medical help; if confirmed, don't restart.

• Take Rybelsus 3mg Tablet at least 30 minutes prior to consuming your first meal, beverage, or any other oral medication of the day.
• You should use no more than half a cup of water of plain water to take the tablet. Taking the Rybelsus 3mg Tablet with food, beverages, or other oral medications, or waiting less than 30 minutes, may reduce its absorption. Waiting for more than 30 minutes before eating may increase its absorption.
• It is important to swallow the tablets whole and avoid splitting, crushing, or chewing them.

• Take Rybelsus 3mg Tablet once daily on an empty stomach, preferably immediately after waking, at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking (except plain water), or taking any other oral medication, as food can significantly reduce its absorption.
• Swallow the tablet whole with up to half a glass (120 mL) of plain water only; avoid mineral water, juice, tea, coffee, or milk, as these may interfere with the medicine's action.
• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet, as altering it may reduce its effectiveness and lead to unpredictable blood glucose control.
• Take Rybelsus 3mg Tablet at the same time every day to help maintain steady blood glucose levels and improve treatment adherence.
• Mild side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or reduced appetite are common at the start of therapy and usually improve as your body adjusts; dose escalation should always be done under medical supervision.
• Rybelsus 3mg Tablet is most effective when combined with a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and routine blood glucose monitoring as advised by your physician.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of pancreatitis, thyroid problems, or severe stomach disorders before starting Rybelsus.
• Monitor your blood glucose levels regularly, especially if you are also taking other diabetes medications, to reduce the risk of hypoglycemia.
• When used with insulin secretagogues (e.g., sulfonylureas) or insulin, the Rybelsus 3mg Tablet increases the risk of hypoglycemia. Lowering the dose of these medications may help reduce the risk.
