Zocon 150 MG Description

Zocon 150 is used to treat fungal infections in various parts of your body, including your mouth, throat, vagina, and nails. It works by stopping the growth of fungi. Before taking it, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney, or heart problems you have, abnormal blood levels of potassium, calcium, or magnesium, a history of severe skin reactions, or if you have adrenal insufficiency.

Zocon 150 is generally not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women unless specifically advised by their doctor. Use caution in children and the elderly, especially those with kidney problems. Common side effects include headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and indigestion. Contact your doctor immediately if any of these side effects worsen.

Contraindications of Zocon 150 MG

You are allergic to fluconazole or any other ingredient of this medicine.
You are taking medicines like Astemizole, Terfenadine, Cisapride, Pimozide, Quinidine and Erythromycin.

Pregnancy

Can I take Zocon 150 tablet during pregnancy?

Zocon 150 tablet is unsafe during pregnancy. You should not take Fluconazole if you are pregnant or are planning to have a baby. During pregnancy, it may increase the risk of miscarriage, while large doses may cause severe birth defects. If you are taking this tablet, then use contraception at least for one week even after stopping the medicine.
