• If you are allergic to montelukast, acebrophylline, desloratadine or any other component of Ventocore Dl tablet.
• If you had a heart attack in past.
• If you have liver or kidney disease.
• If you have or had hypotension, irregular heartbeat, heart failure or heart disease.

• Headache, fever, drowsiness
• Stomach pain, stomach discomfort, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, constipation, and heartburn
• Increased liver enzymes
• Rash, itching

• Ventocore Dl tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
• It should be taken with or after a meal to reduce its side effects.
• It is best to take it at a fixed time for optimal results, and you should not consume it more than prescribed by your doctor.

• Medicines used to treat abnormal blood lipid levels such as gemfibrozil may increase the effect of Ventocore Dl tablet when co-administered.

Interactions with food items
