Description
Tetracin eye ointment is used to treat bacterial infections of the eyes, such as conjunctivitis. It contains oxytetracycline as an active ingredient. This medicine works by inhibiting cell growth by interfering with bacterial protein synthesis. Tetracin Eye Ointment is meant for eye use and should be used externally only. Avoid touching the tip of the tube with your hands or your eye. Use this medicine always as recommended by your doctor, Do not use this medicine on your own.

Directions for Use
- Use Tetracin eye ointment as instructed by your doctor.
- Follow the directions carefully and do not miss an application.
- Wash your hand thoroughly before and after applying it.
- Avoid touching your eyes to the tip of the tube.
- The ointment must be kept clean to avoid infections.
- Apply an exact amount of ointment into your eye as the doctor recommends.
- Put back the cap tightly after applying it.
- Slowly close your eyes for few minutes as recommended by the doctor so that the ointment will get absorbed.
- Use clean tissue or cloth to wipe off any excess ointment from your face.

- Keep away from children and pets.
