Manforce Staylong 50/30Mg Strip Of 4 Tablets

• If you have an allergic reaction to any component of Manforce Staylong Tablet,
• If you are taking medicine that contains nitrates,
• If you are taking riociguat.
• If you have a serious heart condition that makes sexual activity inadvisable.
• If you have severe liver problems,
• If you have retinitis pigmentosa, a rare eye disease, or any other retinal disorder,
• If you have recently suffered from a stroke or heart attack, or have another cardiovascular condition that makes sexual activity unsafe.
• If you are taking or have recently taken medicines that interact dangerously with dapoxetine, including monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), other SSRIs or SNRIs, or thioridazine. Your doctor must check the required washout period.
• If you are taking potent CYP3A4 inhibitors, such as ketoconazole or itraconazole, or certain HIV medicines. These may be contraindicated or require specific precautions.
• In women, and in anyone under 18 or over 64 years of age.

• Dizziness or light-headedness
• Headache
• Nausea
• Diarrhoea
• Dry mouth
• Difficulty sleeping
• Blocked
• Flushing, a sensation of warmth in the face and neck
• Indigestion or an upset stomach

• Fainting, or feeling faint on standing
• A fast or irregular heartbeat
• Sweating, tremor, or ringing in the ears
• Low mood, or a change in mood
• Serious - stop and seek medical help
• Fainting, or losing consciousness
• Thoughts of self-harm, or a marked change in mood or behaviour
• A severe allergic reaction, with swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing, or a widespread rash
• A fit or seizure
• An erection lasting more than four hours, or a painful erection. This is priapism and is an emergency
• Sudden loss or reduction of vision in one or both eyes
• Sudden hearing loss, or ringing in the ears with dizziness
• Chest pain during or after sex. Tell the medical team what you have taken, and do not take a nitrate for it

Other General Warnings

• You have glaucoma (an eye condition); exercise extreme caution before taking this medicine.
• You have kidney disease.
• You have a fungal infection and are taking antifungal medication.
• You are taking HIV antiviral medications.
• You have a heart condition or take medicines for heart disease.
• You have any condition that requires you to avoid physical exercise.
• You are an older male adult over 65.
• You have a history of depression, mania or bipolar disorder, or any psychiatric illness.
• You take an antidepressant, lithium, tramadol, a triptan, linezolid or St John's wort, or have taken one recently.
• You have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
• You have a bleeding or clotting disorder.
• You feel light-headed or faint after taking it. Lie down with your legs raised and tell your doctor before taking it again.
• You notice any change in mood, or thoughts of self-harm.
• This medicine is not indicated outside that age range, and not for women.
• You take, or have recently taken, a nitrate medicine for chest pain, or any recreational nitrite.
• You have retinitis pigmentosa, or have had sudden vision loss in one eye.
• You develop chest pain during or after sex. Seek emergency help and tell the team what you have taken.

• Use Manforce Staylong Tablet exactly as prescribed by the doctor.
• Do not exceed the dosage of the Manforce Staylong Tablet.
• Do not break or chew the tablet.
• Swallow it whole, with a glass of water, immediately after opening its packaging.
• You can take a Manforce Staylong Tablet with or without food.
• Stay hydrated, as dehydration may increase the risk of fainting.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine because it increases the risk of dizziness, fainting, and injury
• Stand up slowly after sitting or lying down. If you feel light-headed, lie down with your legs raised until it passes. Do not stand up until you feel well.
• Do not take it every day.
• If you feel faint at any point, stop and tell your doctor before taking it again.

• Store Manforce Staylong Tablet according to the pack instructions, generally below 30°C, in a dry place protected from heat, light and moisture.
• Keep it in the original strip until you take it.
• Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
• Do not share this medicine with anyone else.

• Take the tablet exactly as your doctor prescribed.
• Swallow it with water; do not crush or chew.
• Take it 1–3 hours before sexual activity.
• Do not take more than one dose within 24 hours.
• Do not take with heavy or high-fat meals, as it may delay the effect.
• Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs while using this medicine.
• Inform your doctor if you have heart, liver, kidney, or psychiatric conditions.
• Do not use if you are taking medicines with nitrates or other erectile dysfunction drugs.
• If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or prolonged erection, seek medical help immediately.
• This medicine helps temporarily but does not cure erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation permanently.
• Drink enough water and avoid alcohol, as dehydration and alcohol may increase the risk of dizziness or fainting.
• Stand up slowly. If you feel light-headed, lie down with your legs raised until it passes.
• Tell your doctor immediately if you faint or notice significant mood changes or thoughts of self-harm.
• Premature ejaculation may have contributing factors you can address. Ask your doctor about behavioural techniques and whether anxiety or other factors may be involved.
• Do not take it with another medicine for erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, or with antidepressants, unless your doctor has specifically assessed the combination.
• It is not for anyone under 18 or over 64, and not for women.
• Get emergency help if an erection lasts more than four hours.
