Ketozen 2 % Description

Ketozen cream 15gm contains Ketoconazole as the active component. This cream is used for several fungal infections of skin and hair like Ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch, pityriasis versicolor, da

ndruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and sweat rash. Ketoconazole inhibits the growth of fungi by altering the formation of the outer layer of the cell. The impaired cell layer does not allow the fungi to grow in their natural course, thus killing them and treating the infection. This cream is only available on a doctor's prescription and should be taken at a dose and for a duration prescribed by the doctor. Do not use this cream during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless recommended by a doctor. In addition, this cream is not recommended in children and adolescents below 17 years of age. Before taking this cream, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any ingredients. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any unusual side effects after taking this cream.
