• Constipation and indigestion
• Increased sugar levels in blood

Other General Warnings

• You are allergic to any of the ingredients in the Q Mind Sr Tablet or any other medications.
• You have ever used drugs or overused prescription medications.
• You have had a previous history of seizures.
• You are having surgery, including dental surgery.
• You should know that you may experience hyperglycemia (increases in your blood sugar) while taking this medication, even if you do not already have diabetes.
• You have any of the following symptoms while taking the tablet, extreme thirst, frequent urination, extreme hunger, blurred vision, or weakness.
• You should be aware of the weight gain while taking this medication Q Mind Sr Tablet.

• Q Mind Sr Tablet should be taken as per medical advice and taking suggestions from the doctor or medical practitioner. This tablet should be taken every day at the same time with food or without food. It should be taken completely, and it should not be broken and made into pieces and should be taken whole with normal purified water. The medicine should be swallowed with water and not crushed or chewed.

Interactions with other medicines

• Do not take Q Mind Sr Tablet with antiarrhythmic medicines such as quinidine, amiodarone and antipsychotics such as chlorpromazine and antibiotics such as moxifloxacin because all these can cause variations in heartbeats or rhythm problems that could cause sudden death.
• Do not take Q Mind Tab with Benzodiazepines such as alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepam, chlordiazepoxide or lorazepam and Muscle relaxants such as baclofen, cyclobenzaprine, methocarbamol, tizanidine and pain-relieving medications such as morphine, oxycodone, fentanyl, hydrocodone, tramadol, or codeine. You may have the symptoms of increased drowsiness.
• Antihistamines such as hydroxyzine, diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine. Sedative or hypnotics such as zolpidem or eszopiclone and Barbiturates such as phenobarbital may have side effects of increased drowsiness.
• Do not take Q Mind Sr Tablet with Antihypertensives such as amlodipine, lisinopril, losartan, or metoprolol because Your blood pressure may be lowered even more.
• Using Q Mind Sr Tablet with anticholinergic drugs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal problems and gastrointestinal distress.

Interactions with food items

• In healthy people, if this medication is administered with food, it will increase the peak serum levels respectively compared to the fasting state. Administration of extended-release formulation with a high-fat meal will increase peak serum concentration, so it should be administered with a light meal or without a meal. During the course of medication of Q Mind Sr tablets, products containing grapefruit should be avoided as it may cause side effects.
