- Piracetam and acenocoumarol can cause reduced aggregation of platelets leading to blood clotting disorders

- Patients at risk of bleeding should take Piracetam with caution
- Patients with kidney disease should be monitored if taking Piracetam
- This medicine should be taken with caution if a person is on a sodium controlled diet
