Directions for Use
- Paro Cr Forte Tablet should be taken according to the recommendation of a doctor. It is usually prescribed for long term and has to be taken every day.
- Paro Cr Forte Tablet can be taken before or after a meal.
- For optimal pharmacological effects, it is advised to maintain and follow a strict schedule and take the medicine at the same time every day.
- Paro Cr Forte Tablet has to be swallowed as a whole with water. Do not break, chew, or crush it.

- Warfarin (blood thinner)- it can increase the risk of bleeding
- Amitriptyline, Desipramine (antidepressant)- it can decrease the metabolism of amitriptyline
- Levocetirizine (anti-allergic)- it can increase the risk of severity of side effects
- Ibuprofen (painkiller)- it can increase the risk of GI bleeding
- Chlorpromazine (antipsychotic)- it can decrease the metabolism of Paro Cr Forte Tablet
- Cimetidine (anti-allergic)- it can increase the concentration of Paro Tablet in the body
- Tramadol (painkiller)- it can increase the risk of serotonin syndrome if used in combination
Interactions with food items
- Paro Cr Forte Tablet is not known to interact with any particular food item. A regular diet can be followed unless advised otherwise by the doctor.
