- As per CDSCO, Oxitine Cr Plus Tab is used for the treatment of:
- Depression
- Panic disorders
Contraindications
- Oxitine Cr Plus Tab should be used with caution/not used in:
- If you are allergic to any ingredients of Oxitine Cr Plus Tab
- If you have Bipolar disorder
- If you have Depression
- If you have Liver disease
- If you have Kidney disease
- If you have Heart disease

Other General Warnings
- You might see a difference only after a week or two after you commence this therapy, and it could take 4-6 weeks until you get a full benefit. So if you feel it isn't working after a week or two, don't stop taking Oxitine Cr Plus Tab
- You must consult your physician right away if you have thoughts about injuring yourself or terminating your life
- You must monitor your blood glucose levels if you have diabetes
Directions for Use
- Consume Oxitine Cr Plus Tab once a day, with or without meals at almost the same time each day. Read the label instructions carefully, and if there is anything you don't understand, ask your healthcare provider or physician to clarify it
- Pull aside the foil wrapper with dry hands. Then, take Oxitine Cr Plus Tab and insert it in your mouth right away. The tablets will dissolve fast with or without water.
- Your doctor will usually initiate you on a low dosage of Oxitine Cr Plus Tab and start increasing the dose gradually (no more than once every three days)
- You can consume Oxitine Cr Plus Tab with a snack or right after breakfast since this will lessen your chances of being nauseous as a side effect.

Interactions with other medicines
- Oxitine Cr Plus Tab might interact with the following medications and cause severe side effects, including lower sexual desire, memory loss, and decreased orgasm. The medications are:
- Narcotic pain relievers such as Codeine, Morphine
- Blood thinners including Warfarin
- Painkillers like Aspirin, Tramadol, Acetaminophen, Pethidine
- Cholesterol medications such as Pravastatin
- Fits medication including Phenytoin, Phenobarbital
- Anti-depression medication like Escitalopram, Aripiprazole
- Blood pressure medications such as Metoprolol
- You must avoid antacids like gelusil or digene 2 hours before or after consuming Oxitine Cr Plus Tab because they make it challenging for the body to absorb the medication
