Medical Description
Gabapin NT tablet is used to provide relief from neuropathic pain. It is a combination of gabapentin and nortriptyline as its active ingredients. Gabapin NT works effectively in reducing neuropathic pain (pain due to nerve damage). Gabapentin relieves pain caused by nerve damage or compression. Nortriptyline acts on the central nervous system and offers relief from neuropathic pain.
Some other tablets containing gabapentin and nortriptyline are the Pentanerv Nt tablet, Laregab Nt tablet, Gabator Nt tablet and Doloneuron Nt 400mg tablet.
You should take this medicine at the dose and duration your doctor prescribes. Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines you take and your complete medical history. Avoid driving or handling any machinery after taking the Gabapin NT tablet, as this medicine can make you less alert.

- Certain medicines can affect the way Gabapin Nt 400mg Tablets work, and this tablet itself can affect the action of certain medicines when taken together.
- Concomitant use with medicines for psychiatric disorders, such as moclobemide, phenelzine, iproniazid, isocarboxazid, nialamide, or selegiline (used to treat Parkinson's disease) may lead to serious side effects (serotonin syndrome)....
- Concomitant use with cough and cold medicines containing ephedrine, isoprenaline, noradrenaline, phenylephrine, and phenylpropanolamine may increase the side effects of drowsiness.
