Medical Description

Pantocid DSR capsule is used to treat acid reflux, also known as GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). It helps relieve the symptoms of heartburn, indigestion, chest pain, discomfort, and irritation associated with acid reflux. Pantocid DSR is also used to treat peptic ulcers, stomach discomfort, acidity, etc. It is a combination medicine containing pantoprazole and domperidone as the main components.

Pantakind Dsr, Pan D, Pantodac Dsr, and Pantosec Dsr are some other capsules with pantoprazole and domperidone.

This medicine works by reducing the formation of acid in the stomach. It also improves gut movement, preventing acid backflow to the food pipe.

Pantocid DSR capsules should only be used under medical supervision. Your doctor will decide the dose, duration, and frequency of your medicine use. It should be taken in doses and at the prescribed duration.
