Co-administration significantly increases the blood pressure-lowering effect of doxazosin. This heavy hypotensive reaction can last for at least twelve hours and may cause noticeable symptoms, including temporary fainting spells or loss of consciousness (syncope).

Effect

Megalis 20 heavily amplifies the blood pressure-lowering effects of organic nitrates. Combining them can lead to a sudden, severe, and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. This dangerous interaction can remain active in your body for more than 24 hours after taking Megalis 20.

Effect

Combining Megalis 20 with riociguat causes an additive blood pressure-lowering effect. Riociguat significantly worsens the drop in blood pressure caused by PDE5 inhibitors, and clinical data shows no therapeutic benefit from using this combination.

These medications actively induce liver enzymes, which speeds up the metabolism of Megalis 20. This rapid clearance may significantly decrease the plasma concentrations of the medication in your body, potentially making your treatment less effective.
