Urgendol P tablet is used for treating pain and fever. It consists of two compounds: tramadol 37.5 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Tramadol is an opioid or a narcotic pain reliever. It blocks pain sig

nals from reaching the injury site. Paracetamol belongs to the NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) group. Pain is a signal that the brain sends to notify us about an injury or an infection.
