Uses
Contraindications
- If you are allergic to trimethoprim, sulfamethoxazole, cotrimoxazole or any other ingredients of Tabrol Ds Tablet.
- If you are allergic to sulfonamide medicine.
- If you have severe liver or kidney disease.
- If you are using Tabrol Ds Tablet for the treatment of your baby of age less than 6 weeks.
- If you had bruises or bleeding due to a decrease in platelet count in your blood.
Side effects
- Muscle cramps
- Irregular heartbeat
- Tiredness or weakness
- Hyperkalaemia (high level of potassium in the blood)
- Nausea, Diarrhoea
- Loose motions
- Headache
- Rash over skin
- Increase risk of fungal infection

- You have skin rash which is progressing in nature and associated with blister or peeling of the skin.
- Your age is above 60 years and you have liver disease or kidney disease.

- You are malnourished or underweight.
- Your doctor has told you that your blood potassium level is high.

- Tabrol Ds Tablet is used for the treatment of bacterial infection of airways, urinary tract, genital, stomach, bowel etc.
