Contraindications
- If you are allergic to a component of Stemetil Injection i.e prochlorperazine.
- If you have glaucoma
- If you have a history of Seizure or fits
- If you are a pregnant or breastfeeding mother
- If you have liver disease
- If you have kidney disease
- If you have any respiratory illnesses
- If you have any severe heart condition

- You are allergic reaction after taking Stemetil Injection
- You experience any severe side effects
- You are pregnant or planning to conceive
- Your symptoms do not improve or there is worsening of your condition
- You have seizures or epilepsy
- You are over 65 years old.
- You have diabetes or high sugar levels in your blood (hyperglycaemia)
Directions for Use
- Stemetil Injection should not be used unless prescribed by a doctor.
- Stemetil Injection should be administered under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
- Before administering the injection, it should be diluted with equal amounts of compatible diluent.
- Administer Stemetil Injection precisely as advised by your doctor. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage, even if you cannot feel its effects.
- To avoid the development of tolerance or dependence, the lowest effective dose will be prescribed for the shortest time possible.
- Elderly persons should be given a lower dose of this medicine.
- Do not consume other medications while taking this injection; consult your doctor.
- Do not suddenly quit this medication as it can cause withdrawal effects.
