in and kidney disorders that causes inflammation in the body. *Allergic rhinitis is inflammation of the inner lining of the nose due to an allergen. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder affecting the lining of the joints. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory condition characterised by ulcers in the digestive tract. Pericort tablet has Triamcinolone as the main ingredient. Triamcinolone is a type of corticosteroid that works by controlling certain chemicals and exhibits an anti-inflammatory action. Pericort 4 mg tablet can cause various side effects like vomiting, headache, dizziness, insomnia, acne, increased hair growth, and stomach issues. Pericort tablets can only be taken with a doctor’s recommendation. Always report complete medical history at the time of consultation to avoid further complications. Pericort can decrease the ability of the immune system to fight infections. Stay away from anyone with a transmissible disease like flu. The medicine cannot be stopped on your own. - You have a history of liver, heart and kidney disorders.

- You have an allergic reaction like swelling of the tongue, troubled breathing, and rashes after having the Pericprt tablets.
- You have withdrawal symptoms like loss of appetite, stomach problems, vomiting, drowsiness, confusion, fever, and joint and muscle pain.
- You have a fungal infection.
- You catch any infection like the flu. Pericort tablets tend to weaken the immune system, and special care has to be taken in such situations.
- You want to get a vaccination. Live vaccinations should be avoided while taking Pericort tablets as it weakens the immune system.
- You are taking any other medicine with Pericort tablets.
- You should inform the doctor if you are taking any vitamins or supplements along with the Pericort tablets.
- You are pregnant or planning pregnancy as Pericort tablets are generally not recommended in this condition

How Does It Work?
Directions for Use of Pericort 4 MG
- Pericort 4 mg tablet has to be taken only according to the doctor’s recommendation.
- The tablet needs to be taken at the same time every day.
- You can take the Pericort tablet with or without food.
- A Pericort 4 mg tablet should be taken orally with water.
- The tablets should not be distorted in any way by either chewing or crushing for use.

Interactions with other medicines
- Pericort tablet can interact with the following medicines-
- Alprazolam (anti anxiety)- it can decrease the metabolism of Alprazolam.
- Clonazepam (anti epileptic), Aminophylline (medicine for breathing issues)- it can increase the metabolism of these medicines leading to decreased efficacy.
- Azithromycin (antibiotic) and Ketoconazole (antifungal) can delay the excretion of Pericort that further increases its concentration in the body, leading to increased chances of side effects.
- Ibuprofen (painkiller)- can increase the risk of stomach problems like ulcers and bleeding.
- Linezolid (antibiotic)- can increase the risk of severity of side effects of Pericort tablet.
