Paxin Tablet is an analgesic or pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat moderate to severe pain. It belongs to a class of medicines called analgesics. It is a combination medicine containing ace
taminophen and tramadol. It inhibits the production of chemical which is responsible for pain (prostaglandins).
