Magacone Syrup is a combination medicine containing magaldrate and simethicone as active ingredients. It helps relieve pain and discomfort associated with ulcers in the stomach and food pipe due to a

cid reflux. It also helps to relieve burning sensation, gas formation and discomfort in the stomach, which is associated with increased acidity by neutralizing the excess acid in the stomach.
