Largan P Syrup is used in the management of allergic symptoms such as a runny nose, itching and rash. It also relieves symptoms of common colds such as running nose, cough, headaches, body aches, con

gestion, fever, and watery eyes. It can be used for the management of nausea and vomiting caused due to motion sickness as well. Largan P Syrup contains Promethazine as its active ingredient. Promethazine belongs to the phenothiazines class of medications. It works by blocking the action of histamine (natural chemical substances produced in the body during allergic conditions). This medicine also possesses mild sedative properties. Therefore it is also used to relax and sedate patients before and after surgery. Largan P Syrup should be taken in dosage and duration as advised by your doctor. It is usually taken with or without food. Take this syrup preferably at the same time every day. Tell your doctor about your previous history of illness and your medication before using Largan P Syrup
