How Does It Work?
The Lam Plus H tablet has two active ingredients: alprazolam and propranolol. Alprazolam belongs to the class of benzodiazepine medications. It binds to certain receptors in the brain that increase GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) activity, a chemical messenger (neurotransmitter) in the brain. Increasing the GABA activity causes suppression of excessive and abnormal activity of the nerve cells. This results in feeling calmer.
