How does this medicine work?

Kolq works in three ways. Paracetamol brings down fever and eases pain by lowering the natural chemicals that cause them. Phenylephrine clears a blocked nose by tightening the small blood vessels in the lining of the nose, which reduces swelling and mucus. Chlorpheniramine calms sneezing, itching, and a runny nose by blocking the natural substance that sets off allergy symptoms. Together, this tablet relieves cold and allergy symptoms.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

Some medicines can affect the way Kolq works, and it can change how other medicines act. Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take. In particular, avoid other cold, cough, or pain medicines that contain paracetamol, and be careful with medicines that make you sleepy or with other allergy medicines, as together they can add to drowsiness.
