- You have diabetes, high blood pressure, or are overweight.
- You have kidney disease.
- You have an untreated infection or long-lasting inflammation.
- You have a history of any condition that affects your blood circulation or blood clots blocking your blood vessels.
- You have a low blood volume.
- You are above 65 years of age.
- You have any disease which increases the viscosity of blood.
- You develop symptoms like fever, chills, stomach ache, headache, body ache, vomiting, tiredness, loss of appetite, confusion, stiff neck after using this medicine.
- You experience paleness of the skin, yellowish eyes ad skin, dizziness, dark coloured urine, weakness after taking this Injection.
- You have difficulty breathing, low blood pressure, or rapid breathing after taking this Injection.
Directions for Use
- Intratect Injection will be given by your doctor or nurse.
- Do not self-inject this medicine. Follow any aftercare instructions given by the doctor or nurse.
Storage and disposal
- Store in a cool and dry place below 30°C away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Intratect Injection works or Intratect Injection itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- The action of live attenuated virus vaccines (chickenpox, measles, mumps, rubella vaccine) may be decreased when given along with Intratect Injection.
- Intratect Injection should not be used together with diuretics (furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide).
