Dulotin Tablet works by increasing levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) in the brain, which've a calming effect on the brain and relax the nerves. Depression, diabetic nerve pa
in, fibromyalgia (a syndrome characterised by widespread pain and soreness across the body), neuropathic pain, anxiety disorder, and stress urinary incontinence are all treated with Dulotin Tablet. Nausea, headaches, and dry mouth are some of this medication's most prevalent side effects. It can even make you dizzy or sleepy, so don't drive or do anything else that takes mental focus until you've seen how this prescription affects you. - Ciprofloxacin
- Due to the possibility of serious side effects such as fast heartbeat, disorientation, and impaired vision, Ciprofloxacin Dulotin Tablet is not suggested when taken with ciprofloxacin.
- Aspirin
- Aspirin Dulotin Tablet may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with other blood clotting medicines. Blood in the faeces, nausea, and dizziness should all be reported to the doctor.
- Diuretics
- When taken with diuretics, Dulotin Tablet may raise the risk of low blood salt levels. Any nausea, dizziness, or weakness should be reported to a physician.
- Dextromethorphan
- The use of Dulotin Tablet with dextromethorphan is not suggested owing to the danger of fast heartbeat, muscle spasms, and tremors. If you're taking a cough remedy that contains this medicine, tell your doctor....
