- You want to discontinue Tramazac Capsule. Do not stop taking Tramazac Capsule without consulting the doctor, as it might lead to certain side effects.

- You are pregnant, you conceive, or you are planning a pregnancy during the course of medication.
Directions for Use
- Tramazac 50 mg Capsule has to be taken as per the doctor’s recommendation.
- The dosage should be taken as advised by the doctor.
- Tramazac 50 mg Capsule can be taken with or without food. However, it should preferably be taken with food to avoid any stomach problems.
- The capsule has to be taken with some water.

Interactions with other medicines
- Tramazac 50 mg capsule tends to interact with the following medicines-
- MAO inhibitors - leads to serious side effects if taken along with tramadol.
- Benzodiazepines(used for anxiety and insomnia) - increases the feeling of drowsiness.
- Antibiotics like erythromycin, ciprofloxacin - interfere with the efficacy of tramadol.
- Antiviral medicines (medicines used for HIV like ritonavir, nelfinavir), antifungal medicines like ketoconazole - affects the metabolism of the medicine and can interfere with its excretion.
- Muscle relaxants and sleeping pills - increases the feeling of drowsiness if taken with tramadol.
- Medicines taken for nausea or pain - increases the sense of dizziness.
- Notify the doctor if you are currently taking any of the above-mentioned medicines. You must also inform your doctor about any herbal medicines or supplements and vitamin supplements you are currently consuming.
