• According to CDSCO, Tramazac tablets can be used to manage moderate to severe pain.
• It is used for acute and chronic pain.

• If you’ve an allergic reaction to any component of the Tramazac tablet.
• If you are already using similar or different opioid pain relievers, sleeping pills, antidepressants, or antipsychotic medications.
• If you have liver failure or other conditions that affect liver function.
• If you have bleeding from the stomach or intestine or perforation in the digestive tract.
• If you have altered movement of the intestine, like paralytic ileus.
• If you are suffering from breathing issues like asthma and other lung conditions.
• Your body has been in shock, and sufficient blood is not pumped to all body parts.
• This tablet should not be given to children below 17.
