Graftin 50 MG Description

Graftin Capsule is used to prevent the rejection of the transplanted organ by the body. It contains cyclosporin as its active ingredients. This medicine acts by suppressing the body’s immune response

and thus helps in preventing the rejection of the transplanted organ. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor. Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease, electrolyte imbalance, high blood pressure or any other medical condition. Apply sunscreen lotion while stepping out in direct sunlight.

Contraindications of Graftin 50 MG

  • If you are allergic to cyclosporin or any of the ingredients of Graftin Capsule.
  • If you are taking medicines like St John's Wort (traditionally used in folk medicine).
  • If you are taking medicines such as dabigatran (used to prevent blood clots after surgery), bosentan, aliskiren (used to treat high blood pressure).

Breast Feeding

Can I take Graftin Capsule while breastfeeding?
Graftin Capsule may pass into breastmilk and adversely affect your baby. Hence, do not use it if you are breastfeeding your baby. If this medicine has to be taken, breastfeeding the baby should be avoided. Lactating mothers should consult their doctor regarding the usage of this medicine.


Can I drive if I have consumed Graftin Capsule?
If you experience dizziness, fits, tremors after taking this medicine, then avoid driving.


Can I consume alcohol with Graftin Capsule?
Graftin Capsule with alcohol may increase the side effects such as fits, brain injury, liver problems, tremors.
