How Does It Work?
A chemical named insulin produced by the organ called pancreas present behind the lower stomach is responsible for delivering the sugar from blood into the cells. In type 2 diabetes, insulin is not produced adequately, as a result of which, sugar remains in the bloodstream. This medicine increases the amount of insulin produced, which in turn lowers the blood sugar level.
