Ferfoz Plus Cr Tablets
Description
Ferfoz Plus Cr tablet is used to treat and prevent iron deficiency anaemia and is helpful during pregnancy, breastfeeding, after surgery, or in people with poor nutrient absorption. It can also boost appetite and reduce tiredness and weakness. It contains cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Folic acid (Vitamin B9), and sodium feredetate. All are important for producing red blood cells and maintaining the health of your nerves and brain.
Take the medication once daily, preferably on an empty stomach or after a light meal, with a full glass of water. Avoid taking it with tea, coffee, or dairy products within 1–2 hours to help your body absorb iron more effectively. Do not take more than the recommended dose, and always follow your doctor’s advice. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and out of children’s reach.
Before using this supplement, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any medical problems, or are taking other medicines or supplements. Avoid using it if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Some people may experience mild side effects, such as nausea, constipation, or dark stools. Eating Vitamin C-rich foods, such as oranges, can improve iron absorption; however, it is best to avoid consuming calcium-rich foods or supplements around the same time. Remember, dietary supplements help fill nutritional gaps but should not replace a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle.
