Description

Endoxan N powder for injection is a medicine used to treat various cancers and some immune system conditions. It is given by a doctor or nurse in a hospital or a clinic; do not self-inject. It contains cyclophosphamide as the active ingredient. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells and is usually given in the morning with plenty of fluids to help protect the bladder.

You should not use this medicine if you’re allergic to it or have a blocked urinary tract. Common side effects include fever, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, low blood counts, and delayed wound healing. Your doctor will monitor your blood regularly to check for side effects and may adjust the dose if needed.

Tell your doctor about all medicines you're taking, as cyclophosphamide can interact with many drugs like HIV meds, chemotherapy agents, blood pressure medicines, and antibiotics. These combinations may increase side effects or reduce effectiveness.

Do not use Endoxan N powder for injection if you are pregnant, as it can harm the baby. It may also cause infertility in men and women. Avoid breastfeeding during treatment and for one week after. Alcohol should also be avoided during treatment.

Inform your doctor if you have any infections, bladder issues, or problems with your heart, liver, or lungs. Avoid driving if you feel dizzy or have vision problems after treatment. Store the medicine properly and follow all safety and aftercare instructions given by your healthcare provider.
