Eldoper 2 MG Description

Eldoper capsule is manufactured by Micro Labs. It is used for the treatment of diarrhoea due to food poisoning or viral infections. Eldoper capsule contains loperamide as an active ingredient. It decreases the frequency of passing stools by slowing down intestinal movement.

Roko capsule, Imodium capsule, Lopamide tablet, Lomofen Plus tablet and Andial tablet are some other medications containing loperamide as an active ingredient.

You should take this medicine for the duration as prescribed by your doctor or till your diarrhoea gets cured. Eldoper capsule should not be used if you have diarrhoea with blood or bacterial infection causing diarrhoea.

Inform your doctor about all other medicines you are taking before starting with this medicine. Eldoper capsule should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and only if recommended by a doctor.
