- Concomitant use of ketoconazole, dronedarone, itraconazole, cyclosporine, glecaprevir, pibrentasvir, tacrolimus, verapamil, amiodarone, quinidine, clarithromycin, or ticagrelor increases blood levels of dabigatran
- Concomitant use of carbamazepine or phenytoin deceases blood levels of digabatran
