D Fax Ls 50 mg tablet exerts its mechanism of action by producing calming effects in the brain. Desvenlafaxine is considered a mixed reuptake inhibitor. It inhibits the reuptake of noradrenaline and serotonin in the brain. Noradrenaline acts as both hormone and neurotransmitter in the brain. It regulates alertness focuses attention, restlessness, and anxiety. At the same time, serotonin carries messages between nerve cells and regulates mood and anxiety.
Clonazepam exerts its action by increasing the activity of a major neuro inhibitory transmitter GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid), in the central nervous system.
