Co Q10 tablet is a dietary supplement that helps maintain reproductive health and supports cardiovascular well-being. It decreases the frequency of headaches (migraines) and associated nausea and vomiting. It protects against cell damage caused by the accumulation of harmful molecules known as "free radicals" in the body (oxidative stress). The active ingredient in Co Q10 tablet is Ubidecarenone, also referred to as Coenzyme Q10.

Co Q10 tablet may aid in boosting the production of essential antioxidants, such as superoxide dismutase, an enzyme that assists in reducing damage from oxidative stress in the blood vessels of individuals with high blood pressure. It also helps lower harmful compounds that can damage fats in the body, thereby decreasing the risk of further health issues. It is a vitamin-like substance found in every cell of our body. Our bodies naturally produce it and obtain it from our diets, as it is fat-soluble.
