Clobeta GM Cream is used to treat skin infections caused by germs, including bacteria and fungus. It destroys and inhibits the growth of illness-causing microorganisms. It helps reduce symptoms like redness, swelling, and itchiness. Clobeta-GM Cream contains a combination of clobetasol, neomycin, miconazole, zinc, and borax as its active medicine.
This medication's most common side effects include itching, dryness, redness, and a burning sensation at the application site. These effects are generally self-limiting, and serious adverse reactions are rare. If you experience an allergic reaction, seek medical attention.
Clobeta GM acts by its combined mechanism of action. Clobetasol is a steroid and has anti-inflammatory properties. Neomycin is an antibacterial agent, and miconazole is an antifungal agent. - If you are allergic to clobetasol, neomycin, miconazole or any of the ingredients in this medicine.
- It should not be used to treat infections in the private parts, face, acne, around the mouth, or skin perforations.
- If you have any untreated skin infections or skin thinning problems.
- You should not use this cream if you have chickenpox, shingles, warts, or other wounds and skin infections.
- This medicine should not be used in children below two years of age and for nappy rash.
- This medicine should not be used on open wounds or skin ulcers, or any part which can lead to systemic absorption.
