• If you are allergic to Bisowell T tablet or any other ingredients of this medicine
• If you are in the second or third trimester of pregnancy
• If you have a blockage in the bile duct (a duct that carries bile from the liver to the gallbladder) or liver-related disease
• If you have diabetes or severe kidney impairment and you are treated with aliskiren (medicine used to treat high blood pressure)
• If you have problems with your heart, like heart failure or blood circulation problems
• If you are suffering from asthma or low blood pressure.
• If you have a rare tumour of the adrenal gland (Pheochromocytoma).
• If your doctor has told you that you have metabolic acidosis (a condition when there is too much acid in your blood).

Other General Warnings

• Avoid abruptly stopping Bisowell T tablet, as doing so can be fatal and life-threatening. Sudden discontinuation may lead to side effects, including palpitations, irregular heartbeats, and heart failure, which are symptoms of a hypertensive crisis. If you experience any of these effects, contact your doctor immediately.

• Bisowell T tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow Bisowell T tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not cut, break, or chew the medication.
• It may be taken with or without food.
• It is advisable to take it at a regular time for optimal results.
• Do not consume more than what your doctor has prescribed.

• Bisowell T tablet does not require any special storage conditions
• Store it in the original packaging to shield it from sunlight and moisture.
• Keep it out of sight and out of reach of children.

Overdose

Missed a Dose

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember
• If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule
• Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one

How Does It Work?

Interactions with other medicines

• Bisowell T tablet may interact with other medicines if taken at the same time.
• Always inform your doctor about all the medicine you are taking, including all prescribed or non-prescribed herbal medicines, dietary supplements, and other treatments you are taking for any disorder.
• Especially, if you are taking other anti-hypertensives, diuretics (water pills), anti-diabetic medicines like insulin, anti-tuberculosis medicine, medicines for respiratory problems, painkillers, anti-coagulants like warfarin, etc.
• Concomitant use of Bisowell T tablet with anaesthetics like lidocaine may cause fast heartbeats and may also increase the risk of high blood pressure and thus should be used with caution.
• Concomitant use of Bisowell T tablet with medicines to treat brain-related disorders like fluvoxamine and imipramine may cause slow heartbeats.
• Medicine used for heart disorders like Digoxin
• If you have diabetes and are taking Aliskiren, do not take this medicine.
• Medicines used to treat depression like Lithium
• Medicines that may increase blood potassium levels like salt containing potassium, potassium-sparing diuretics
• Immunosuppressives (Cyclosporin or Tacrolimus)
• Medicines used to treat bacterial infections like Trimethoprim
• Medicines known as Corticosteroids are used to treat an inflamed area of body parts
• Concomitant use of Bisowell T tablet along with tobacco may cause an increase in heart rate and may impair blood pressure control. You should avoid smoking.
• You should inform your doctor if you have a planned surgery or vaccination scheduled.
