Contraindications
- You should not take Amolife 50 mg Tablet in the following conditions:
- If you have an allergy to its active or inactive ingredients
- If you have Depression
- If you have Narrow-angle glaucoma (a condition of the eye)
- If you suffer from Liver Disease
- If you suffer from Kidney Disease
- If you suffer from Seizure disorders (fits)
- If you have low blood pressure
- If you are more than or 65 years of age
- If you suffer from heart diseases
- If you have hyperlipidemia (increase lipid levels)
- If you suffer from bone marrow suppression
- If you are obese
- If you have diabetes
Side effects
- Common side effects associated with Amolife 50 mg Tablet
- Increased heart rate
- Blurred vision
- Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing)
- Parkinsonism
- Weight gain
- Akathisia (inability to stay still)
- Dystonia (involuntary muscle contractions)

- Amolife 50 mg Tablet must not be taken more than once in 24 hours unless recommended
