Zita Met 50mg/1000mg Tablet Description

Zita Met Tablet is a medication used to manage type 2 diabetes. It combines metformin and sitagliptin, which work together to control blood sugar levels. Type 2 diabetes occurs when the body doesn't

produce enough insulin or can't use it effectively. This leads to high blood sugar levels, which can cause serious health problems. Before taking Zita Met Tablet, it's crucial to inform your doctor about any existing health conditions, such as liver, kidney, or heart problems, high cholesterol, severe infections, or recent dehydration. Regular blood sugar and kidney function checks may be necessary while taking this medication. Lifestyle changes, including a healthy diet, regular exercise, and quitting smoking, can enhance the effectiveness of Zita Met Tablet. Zita Met is not recommended for people with severe, uncontrolled diabetes, alcoholism, shock, or breathing or circulation problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before starting this medication. Common side effects include low blood sugar, stomach upset, and various other minor issues. If these side effects become bothersome, it's advisable to consult your doctor.
