Vingosemet Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication. It contains a combination of voglibose and metformin as active substances. Vingosemet Tablet is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in

Vingosemet Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults along with diet and exercise.

Contraindications of Vingosemet 0.3/500mg Tablet 10'S

  • If you are allergic to metformin or voglibose or any of the ingredients of Vingosemet Tablet.
  • If you have kidney problems.
  • If you have metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis, with or without coma.
  • If you have a severe infection, before and after an operation or have serious trauma.
  • If you have a gastrointestinal blockage or are at risk of it.

Pregnancy

  • You are suffering from any kind of heart condition like heart failure or stroke.

  • You experience muscle pain, stomach pain, vomiting, breathing difficulty and low body temperature. This could be a serious condition known as lactic acidosis.
  • You have adrenal or pituitary insufficiency or alcohol intoxication.
  • You have low levels of vitamin B12 or inadequate calcium intake or absorption.
