Tofe Tablet
Description
Tofe Tablet is a medicine used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, an inflammatory condition where your immune system attacks your joints, causing pain, swelling, and stiffness. It helps reduce joint discomfort and allows you to perform daily activities with less difficulty. This medicine contains tofacitinib, which works by controlling the overactive immune response that causes inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis.
Taking Tofe Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor is important for the best results. It should be taken at the same time every day, with enough water. Do not stop the medicine on your own, even if your symptoms improve, because this can affect the control of your condition. Always inform your doctor about any existing health problems, infections, or allergies before starting this medicine.
Tofe Tablet may take a few weeks to show improvements in symptoms, depending on the severity of your condition. While taking it, you may experience side effects such as headache, nausea, diarrhoea, cough, or an increase in blood pressure. Report any unusual symptoms to your doctor promptly. The medicine may also affect your immune system, so precautions should be taken to avoid infections.
Store Tofe Tablet in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and out of reach of children. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember, but do not double the dose to make up for it. In case of an overdose, contact your doctor or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Always discuss any other medicines, supplements, or herbal products you are taking with your doctor to prevent possible interactions.
