Socril Capsule contains vitamin B9/folic acid, glycine, and iron as active substances. These are the components the body requires for optimal health. It is used in the treatment and prevention of iron and folic acid deficiency. It is also used as a supplement to prevent nutritional deficiency during pregnancy, breastfeeding after surgery, or nutritional malabsorption. Folic acid helps the body to produce and maintain new cells and is important in the formation of genetic material. Iron is an important component of haemoglobin (Hb) formation, which in turn supplies oxygen to the entire body. Take this supplement as advised by your doctor.

Socril Capsule is used to treat and prevent iron and folic acid deficiency i.e. anaemia, which includes weakness, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, headache, irritability, and difficulty in concentration.
It is also used as a supplement to prevent nutritional deficiency during pregnancy, breastfeeding after surgery, or nutritional malabsorption.

Vitamin B9 or Folic Acid: Vitamin B9/folic acid is used in the synthesis of DNA/genetic material and amino acids. It is used for cell division and the development of blood cells. It is also required for the development of the brain and the spinal cord of a growing baby and lack of this during pregnancy leads to birth defects.
Iron: It is the mineral that the body requires for haemoglobin (Hb) formation (present in red blood cells). Haemoglobin supplies oxygen from the lungs to the entire body. It is also a part of myoglobin that supplies oxygen to the muscles. Iron is important for immunity, the formation of hormones, and regulating body temperature.
