  • When Risperidone is used with Vicodin (acetaminophen and hydrocodone), Ambien (zolpidem), or diazepam, adverse symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulties in concentrating may occur.
  • When used with Risperidone, Tramadol may increase the risk of seizures.
