Raxit Tablet is an antidepressant commonly used to manage depression and anxiety disorders such as panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Paroxetine is the active ingredient in a Raxit Tab

- Raxit Tablets must be taken orally with a glass of water by swallowing the tablets.

- It should not be chewed, crushed, or broken.
- It must be consumed without or with food.
Interactions of Raxit 30 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Raxit Tablet should not be taken with some nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines such as aspirin. Combining these medicines may increase the risk of haemorrhage.
- Raxit Tablet should not be taken with some psychoactive medications, such as Lyrica. Combining these medicines may increase the risk of hyponatremia (low sodium concentration in the blood).
- Raxit Tablet should not be taken with some beta-blockers such as metoprolol. Combining these medicines may increase the effects of metoprolol.
- Raxit Tablet should not be taken with some analgesics such as narco. Combining these medicines may increase the likelihood of serotonin syndrome, which may include fever and blurred vision.
- Raxit Tablet should not be taken with some antipsychotics, such as quetiapine. Combining these medicines may enhance the risk of adverse effects such as impaired judgement and thinking.
Interactions with food items
- Raxit Tablets should not be taken with tyramine-rich food items, including excess chocolates, beans, soybeans, canned figs, milk, cheese, chicken liver, beef, avocados, meat extract, bananas. Paroxetine can react with these food substances and result in dangerous and sudden increases in blood pressure....
