• If you are allergic to levocarnitine, coenzyme Q10, lycopene, astaxanthin, selenium, zinc, piperine, or any other ingredient of Qutacare-M capsule.
• If you are allergic to carotenoids like canthaxanthin. If you are not sure what these substances are, please confirm with your doctor.
• If you are allergic to any source of astaxanthin like Haematococcus Pluvialis.
• If you are allergic to medicines called 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (dutasteride, finasteride). If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhoea
• Stomach pain

Other General Warnings

• You have bleeding disorders.
• You have diabetes or low blood sugar.
• You are taking medicines that can lower blood pressure or blood sugar levels.
• You have hormone disorders or are taking medicines that affect hormones like 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (finasteride, dutasteride).
• You have autoimmune disorders or are taking medicines called immunosuppressants (cyclosporine).
• You have low levels of calcium.
• You have a condition called osteoporosis where the bones weaken.
• You have disorders of the parathyroid gland.
• You are taking a medicine called beta-carotene.

• Take this medicine as a whole with sufficient water.
• Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.
• Do not discontinue the medicine on your own without consulting your doctor.

• Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

How Does It Work?

• Qutacare-M capsule contains levocarnitine, coenzyme Q10, lycopene, astaxanthin, selenium, zinc, and piperine as active substances.
• Levocarnitine improves sperm quality and quantity, and sperm movement which increases the chances of the sperm reaching the egg.
• Astaxanthin, coenzyme Q10, lycopene, and piperine are antioxidants that protect cells in the reproductive system from the damaging effects of free radicals that can cause a decrease in the number and quality of sperms.
• Zinc helps to improve the function and quality of the sperm.
• Selenium has antioxidant properties which protect the cells in the reproductive system. It also has an important role in reproduction.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Qutacare-M capsule works, or Qutacare-M capsule itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
• Particular care should be taken when using medicines for treating urinary tract infections (pivampicillin), fits/seizures (phenytoin, phenobarbital, midazolam), cancer (cisplatin), bacterial infections (ciprofloxacin, tetracyclines), rheumatoid arthritis (penicillamine), high blood pressure (chlorthalidone, hydrochlorothiazide, propranolol), alteration of immune function (cyclosporine), Vitamin A deficiency (beta-carotene), asthma/chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (theophylline), pain(diclofenac), HIV/AIDS (nevirapine), muscle relaxation (chlorzoxazone), allergies (fexofenadine), osteoporosis (calcium salts).
• The use of Qutacare-M capsules with medicines for treating hair loss in men (finasteride) and enlarged prostate (dutasteride) may cause decreased sexual desire, enlarged male breasts, decreased semen quantity and impotence, increased skin pigmentation, increased hair growth, and weight gain.
• Qutacare-M capsule when used together with medicines for treating blood clots (warfarin, clopidogrel) and pain/fever (naproxen, ibuprofen) may increase the risk of bleeding.
• Qutacare-M capsule when used along with medicines for treating diabetes (metformin) may cause low blood sugar levels.
