• Known hypersensitivity (allergy) to Moostin capsule or to any of the ingredients in the capsule.
• Moostin {{df} is not indicated in patients with existing severe bone marrow suppression, It should also be avoided during pregnancy unless the potential benefit clearly outweighs the risk.

• Nausea and vomiting
• Reduced appetite
• Low blood counts

• Mouth sores.
• Hair thinning or hair loss (alopecia).
• Reversible changes in liver blood tests

• Bone marrow suppression
• Lung problems
• Kidney problems, particularly with long-term or cumulative treatment
• Liver problems showing symptoms like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, or unusual tiredness.
• Confusion, drowsiness, unsteadiness, slurred speech, or vision changes including, rarely, loss of vision.
• There is a risk of developing a second cancer, such as leukemia, later in life.

Other General Warnings

• You notice fever, chills, or a sore throat.
• You notice unusual bleeding, bruising, or tiny red or purple spots on the skin.
• You develop new shortness of breath, a persistent dry cough, or changes in your breathing.
• You have swelling of your feet or lower legs, a marked decrease in urination, or notice your urine looks different.
• You notice yellowing of your skin or eyes, dark urine, or unusual tiredness.

• Moostin capsule is taken by mouth as prescribed. Swallow with water as directed by your doctor.
• Do not alter your dose without your doctor's instructions.

• Store in the original, well-closed container.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children and pets at all times.
• Because lomustine is a cytotoxic medicine, follow your pharmacy or hospital's instructions for disposal of unused or expired capsules.

• Take Moostin capsule exactly as your doctor prescribed.
• Attend all scheduled blood tests. Watch for unusual bleeding, bruising, fever, chills, or sore throat, and contact your doctor immediately if these occur.
• Seek urgent medical attention for new shortness of breath or a persistent dry cough.
• Use contraception to prevent pregnancy as advised by your doctor

Missed a Dose

• If you miss a dose, contact your doctor as soon as possible.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed or delayed dose.

Overdose

• There is no specific antidote for a Moostin capsule overdose.Seek urgent medical help if suspected.
• Store it safely away from children and pets.

Interactions with other medicines

• When Moostin capsule is combined with other chemotherapy drugs that lower blood counts, their effects can add up.
• Moostin capsule is metabolised by the liver and its metabolites are eliminated mainly through the kidneys. Drugs affecting these organs may need closer monitoring or dose changes when taken with Moostin capsule.
• Consult your doctor before getting any vaccination.
• Tell your doctor about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, supplements, and herbal products you are taking or planning to take, so they can check for any interaction relevant to your treatment.
