Mirnite Mel 15 mg is an antidepressant medicine that contains mirtazapine. It is used to treat major depressive disorders, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and hot flashes. Major depressive disorder or depression is a mood disorder that makes you feel sad and disinterested all the time. This affects the way you see life, the way you think, how you feel, and your behaviour. Clinical depression leads to emotional, mental, and physical problems. Mirtazapine works by creating a positive communication between the nerve cells in your central nervous system and by restoring the chemical balance in your brain. Side effects of Mirnite Mel 15 mg include weight gain, increased appetite, constipation, dizziness, increased urinary frequency, weakness, constipation, back pain, tremors, and confusion. Consult your physician if these symptoms last for a longer time.

Missed a Dose

If one misses a dose one should take the missed dose as soon as one remembers. If it's time for the next dose, one should continue with the regular dosage. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed dose.
