How does this medicine work?

Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that reduces allergic reactions and watery eyes caused by cold symptoms. Paracetamol relieves pain, fever, and general discomfort. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion and stuffiness. Together, they relieve multiple cold symptoms at the same time.

Avoid taking other medicines that contain paracetamol at the same time, as this increases the risk of liver damage. Inform your doctor if you are taking blood-thinning medicines such as warfarin.

No specific food interactions. Taking with food may help reduce stomach upset.
