Uses of Indclav 625mg Tablet

Indclav 625 Tablet is used to treat infections caused by bacteria, like sinus infection, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infection, bone and joint infections.

Contraindications of Indclav 625mg Tablet

  • If you are allergic to amoxicillin, clavulanic acid or any other ingredients of Indclav 625 Tablet.
  • If you have a history of severe allergic reactions to any other antibiotic like cephalosporins, monobactam, carbapenem.
  • If you have a history of liver disease or jaundice.

  • Some medicines can affect the way Indclav 625 Tablet works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
  • Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals your child is currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interactions.
  • Increased risk of bleeding when taken with blood thinners like warfarin, acenocoumarin. There is a need to check blood tests like PT-INR.
  • There is an increased risk of side effects when taken with methotrexate (used in the treatment of cancer).
  • Simultaneous use of anti-gout medicines like allopurinol or probenecid is not recommended.
  • Immunosuppressants like mycophenolate mofetil should be used with caution.
